I've been using stock legal forms (given to me by previous bosses or found on the web) for NDAs + Work for hire + Assignment of copyright.
Are there any gotchas in the above type of agreements that require a lawyer to look at them? I can understand going to lawyer for a publishing deal or employment contracts, but not for vanilla "gentleman's agreements."
