Anyone had experience with them? They seem very good. I like that the site editor is online. Should I go with them?
EDIT: It says they have domain name experience for 14 years, so I deleted that part about "they might have just started"

I don't like them. They are geared more for big companies, as they make you jump through lots of hoops if you need to transfer your domain name or edit registrant information (faxing ID on company letterhead, etc!)

I've been using them for some of my domains. No real problems to report.

They're the grand daddy for domain names. Most complaints about them focus on their price (given that some other companies offer domain name registration for a fraction of the cost).
I actually have all my domain names with them - no complaints.

They had a bad rap when they where the only registrar -- many lawsuits were filed against them for unethical conduct.
I use http://www.websitepalace.com which has a c-site, where they will submit a copyright application for you at reasonable cost, and they have 24seven phone support.

There were horrible to deal with back in the day, and these days they're not great either compared to other better ones like Directnic.
