How do you write a successful EULA? Should I write it myself, or get a lawyer to do it for me? What's needed in it?

I got the Shlongg EULA from a friend who writes freeware games. He said "Take mine and just change the company name." I made a few additions as well that I thought were appropriate. If you'd like to use it as a starting point, be my guest. Just change the company name ;)
