I am not sure if this really fits but since it is game programming related I decided to ask anyway. We are searching for somebody to develop a website that basically allows controlled user access to articles, art and general downloads. Features:
Main page with news/login/categories (articles, art, downloads) and subcategories
Maintain/add/remove articles
User management (user name, real name, access rights)
Access control (guest/registered/paying user) to articles, art, downloads
Bulletin board with access control (special sections for guests/registered/paying users)
PHP/MySQL based
(Micro) Payments
Contact me for more information. Only professionals with references please. We will most likely need maintenance and changes over a period of time.
I am also interested in recommendations (companies/websites/services for something like this)
