What is Gnosticosm?
Gnosticosm is a single player space trading/combat game set in the distant future. You play the game as Damien Enoch, a young adventurous space fairing lad setting out on his own in the galaxy. You can choose to become a peaceful trader and miner, a member of the military battling the alien threat to humanity, or a rogue space pirate preying on the weak. There are 9 different ship types, some for military use and others for trading or mining purposes. There are also many different weapons and ship modules you can use to upgrade your vessel for optimal performance in speed, defense, and offensive capabilities.

We'd like comments and suggestions on the gameplay, and any ideas for making the game better. Bug reports are most welcome too. And tell us what you like about the game as well!

or a rouge space pirate preying on the weak.

You might want to change rouge to rogue, unless you really want people to play as a red space pirate ;)

(I'm only mentioning it as it's on your web site as well, not to be nit picking :D)

Constuctive criticism on my spellings is nice (thank you for picking that up :)), but comments on the game are even better!

Thank you for testing it, this is the first test I know of on Win98. I took out most of my debug code for our final build at school, I will try and get it back in for our next update.

Same problem here - won't start.
XP comes up with an Error message screen ("Encountered a problem - Send report to MS")

This seems odd, we've testing it on a few different machines and it's worked fine.

What graphics card do you have out of curiosity?
