If you're just out of school or looking to break into the gaming industy, I'd love to talk with you. We're looking for Object Oriented programers (people with classroom experience ok) to join a team dedicated to developing high-quality, interactive games that will be sold, viewed and played by a wide audience.
Senior Dev
1) ActionScript 2.0 or 3.0 is ideal; 3+ years of 2.0 and preferably some 3.0 as well.
2) Experience developing Flash games
3) Has worked in an Agency environment
Mid-level
1) 2+ years of Object Oriented (OO) development experience: Java, C#, ASP.NET or C++.
2) Interested in developing games in Flash and learning to use ActionScript 3.0.
3) CS Degree is a big plus
Junior Person
1) CS Degree
2) Somebody who really wants to work in an agency developing games.
