Looking for assistant - website updates, small tasks

I'm looking for a cheap assistant to work remotely, part-time. I'm thinking like "india" or "china" level of pay.

Some or all of the following kind of tasks:
- Update website content weekly (requires knowledge of HTML, image manipulation, using FTP)
- Coordinate misc things
- Code in PHP
- Experience with 3D Studio Max
- Flash Actionscripting 2.0
- Need very good written english

I realize one person probably can't do all the above. ;-)
Where can I look for this help?

I know some flash and some 3D studio max, however I do not own those programs.

Be realistic about what your asking for and hopefully you'll start to get what you want.

I don't agree with dan. Someone exists with all that you're asking for. In fact, I think dan makes nearly no sense.

Dan, you're assuming I'm looking for an expert in all those things, and I am not. I'm looking for an "assistant". *I'm* the expert. :D They will assist me with the more menial tasks. And the range I'm talking about is along the lines of US minimum wage...

If you take someone local and are ready to hadle some paper work, you could find an intern with all those skills. You will have to fill the internship reports and stuff but you should have someone pretty dedicated.
