Needs to run on XP and Vista.
Will be similar to other aquarium screensavers, except it won't be as advanced. No 3D objects, all 2D animated sprites. The water itself may need to have some rippling type effects, etc. I will provide all media, program design, etc, you provide the coding.
I would be up to negotaiting 2 types of payment:
1) Half up front, half upon completion.
2) 50/50 profit via sales.
