Hello,

I am looking for some examples of small/casual/simple/fun mini games like the one we can find on the web (flash style).

I am working on a casual game at the moment (click management). I would like to introduce simple mini games between levels to give more variety to the gameplay. I have coded a couple of them but I would like to know if you guys know some really good little games like that. At this stage, I am only looking for some inspiration, if you have seen a very cool mini game that could be simple to code I would really appreciate if you could post a link. As this is not part of the main gameplay, the rules/mechanism must be instantly understandable (the tutorial shouldn't be more than few lines of text if you see what I mean).

I know I haven't told you about the subject of my game but this is because I don't want to limit your choices. It could be anything really.

These games will only happen, once or twice during the whole game, so they really need to be dead simple to understand for the player.

Thanks

JC

Neopets is full of masses of puzzle games (most of which are pretty simple to understand) that could be tweaked and used as mini-games. If you don't have an account you could do worse than signing up for one and then working your way through all of their games to see if any give you inspiration. There's also stats that say which are the most popular of their games which might be useful.
