Hi, I just finished my first game and I'm trying to sell it. I still preparing to sell it through my own website but I also like the opportunities of having those online game stores (the politically correct term for sites such as reflexive, bigfish, etc :D ) sell my game.
The question is : how do I contact those people ?? It seems that they somehow intentionaly make contacts difficult to developer (very little or even no information on their sites)
So, if you have informations on how to contact those ppl could you share it with me ?

Yes, it's though. Go to the Big Fish site, click Company Info, and there are the names, positions and email addresses of the 7 top people, an email address specifically for game submissions, and even a link to a page containing details about distributing games through them.

If you would like your game considered for inclusion in Reflexive Arcade you should send an e-mail to submitgame@reflexive.net

Is there any "guidelines" in contacting them ?
Do I attach my files, give explanations or just drop a line and see wether they are interested or not ?

Use links, don't attach things.
You can view screenshots here: www.link.com
and download the current beta version here:
If you attach things you risk stuff going wrong. Keep in mind the odds are they only look at a screenshot to determine if the game is going to meet the criteria (then maybe download it).
This means you should have some vague notion of what they are looking for.
