Previous Work:
Our team is constructed of programmers and artists who have been working in their field for a relatively long time. The number of projects in which they have worked on is too numerous to name here but we assure that those who are working for us are very qualified for their positions. Not all of our developers have done work professionally but have rather, namely our artists, worked on their own works of art previous to joining our team.

Additional Information:
This team has been working since December of 2006. We have got frameworks done for the engine and have a basic system setup. We are also currently discussing merger opportunities with a couple of teams who have already worked on creating Engines and other existing MMORPGs. These mergers may expand our team and close up openings quickly. As such we encourage anyone who is interested to apply for a position. We review all of our applicants and may or may not request a second interview in which we will gather more information and knowledge about your skills and capabilities. Be sure that you are one who can be dedicated enough to spend time working on such a project. We are currently working on creating a pay-flow for staff. We also encourage that all staff members review the company policies prior to applying for a position.

PSA:
DM Entertainment in the past has been a no-pay company until the project is completed. Right now we are working on incentive plans for our developers.

What Are Incentive Plans?
Incentive Plans is what we are using as our intent to keep our programmers and artists happy and working by paying them for work they've done in a month. The amounts are not big by no means, but they do add an extra little paycheck at the end of the month. We are still working out the system and have not deployed it yet and not all positions qualify.

Our primary concern right now is building a much stronger programming team than what we have. Take note, we do already have programming work done and, as mentioned earlier, we do have existing staff.
