I think you will find that almost everyone on this forum either uses Inno or NSIS. I use Inno along with the ISTool UI, I find it really easy to use. They're both free too, hooray!

I used Installshield for my first two Windows games.
With the release of Dirk Dashing, which is also available for Linux and Mac, I switched to Bitrock (http://www.bitrock.com/). It makes a great, easy-to-use installer (especially necessary for Linux), and it's nice having an installer that looks and works the same on both Windows and Linux. Unfortunately, the price has gone up considerably since I bought my copy. But I've been very happy with it, and the support team is excellent.
Another good cross-platform installer (which is free) is InstallJammer (http://installjammer.com/). I haven't tried this one personally, since I didn't find out about it until long after I purchased Bitrock, but I understand it is pretty good. I'd be interested in hearing from someone who has tried it firsthand.

I'm using Inno Setup. I've made it jump through hoops through alot of trial and error so I don't want to change. :)
On the Mac side, I discovered a packager last night called Iceberg (http://s.sudre.free.fr/Software/Iceberg.html). It's free as well and has alot of nice features.

All 700+ games from GameCenterSolution / Reflexive Arcade are installed with InnoSetup (http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php)

I used to use INNO but when it came to distributing stuff like igLoader I needed something with a much smaller footprint so I switched to Nullsoft NSIS. I'll stick with NSIS now 'cause it's really NICE (and small).
I used a registered version of Install Creator from Clickteam. Had everything I needed and was idiot-proof enough for me to use it without my brain melting.

Real E$tate Empire shipped with Inno - very satisfied with how easy it is to use.

Yup - it's powerful, easy to use, and free.
I'm using it too.

I'm on Inno too. It's much easier than NSIS, but more powerful and better supported than the other "easy" setups. And I recommend adding Logan's free plugin for better graphics. http://members.home.nl/albartus/inno/

I use InnoSetup, too. Its belting.
You can also use Notepad++ to edit InnoSetup scripts, with syntax highlighting.

Like many here, we use Inno Setup. I like the ISTool for Inno Setup, which is a A GUI front-end for creating and editing the scripts.
