good places to advertise?

Hi...

What are places to advertise a game or a games website?

I know for two...
- indygamer.blogspot.com (has concrete advetising offer based on time)
- GameTunnel.com (has concrete advertising offer based on impressions)

I am not that interested in places that mostly game developers visit... such as I suppose are qatfish.com or indieinsider.com and many others..

what more places are there?

If your game is at all casual, you might consider websites that your target audience would visit but which may not be a gaming site.
