Hey guys.

I've got an idea for a very niche site and I need to know which games are on which affiliate schemes. Just wondered if anyone had compiled a list of games each site offers?

I figure if noone has done this, I might go through it myself, but if not, might save myself some time.

Let me guess, you're making a portal made up of portals. :)

I made my own lists of notable games from BMT and Plimus. Haven't looked on RegNow yet. Plimus had loads. However, I mainly use Reflexive now for mainstream titles, the developers still get 40% as do I so it's a pretty good deal all round.

Ive been looking at affiliates for addon sales. Reflexive has my vote at the moment. Bigfish looks interesting with the mybigfish games. But for simple addon sales I think I'm going to go for reflexive.

Reflexive is hard to beat. They pay 40% which is more than most developers do (which is beyond me... my games are all at 40% - if your game is on Reflexive and BMT and you offer me 30% then instead of getting 60% by offering 40 you are getting 40 because I'm gonna go with Reflexive), it's an easy to use system, they pay their bills and you can monitor your stats in real time.

Let's also point out that reflexive do not require a customer email addy to download the game, they don't brand the installer or the DRM wrapper and they allow you to brand your own payment page! Thumbs up to Reflexive on all counts.

It would be nice though to be able to pass tracking information to the reflexive server when requesting files so that affiliate purchases can be reconciled.

I just wish they carry Mac games...

What I'm looking for, weirdly, is a portal affiliate scheme that has lots of cloned games. Cant say more or it'd spoil the site!

And you are having trouble finding one!?  :D

Aren't the majority carrying 'cloned' games (or rather, the games that are clones are usually on most portals anyway? not to say the majority of games on portals are strict clones)

Hello All

I am looking at affiliate programs for eastern europe and wondering how you view Big Fish's program and Boonty's.

I totally agree with Lennard. I offer my games at 40% on BMT as otherwise why bother if you could get more from Reflexive. Laughably (spelling?) I've seen people offer only 10% and I've seen people post "why would I want to give away more than 10% blah blah" and I'm like "because otherwise NOONE will bother to affiliate your game, doh!".
