Digitalcandle problems

Hi,

Does someone here use DigitalCandle as payment processor? A friend of mine uses them for about a year without any kind of problems, but last February they missed the usual monthly payment, and so far he just got one email from someone at Digitalcandle saying that will take a look a it, but problem isn't solved... I just wonder if this was some isolated problem or did it happened to other persons as well?

I've never used them as a payment processor, but when I first released Fashion Cents back in Oct 2003, I purchased advertising on some of their shareware sites (e.g., RocketDownload.com). They took the money but never delivered, and I sent repeated e-mails about it that when unanswered.

As a new indie with a very limited budget at the time, it really left a sour taste - to the point where I now avoid anything and everything associated with Digital Candle.
