Online Score Systems

Hey,

I would very much like to add a highscore posting system for my latest game, but I have no idea how to go about doing it. I know very little php, or infact any kind of server side script. I was wondering if anyone could either:

A. Could give me some information about how to do it.
or
B. Point me to a prebuilt system I could buy.

Also I could do with some ideas to stop cheating. If someone really wanted to it wouldnt be hard to use memory editors to change your score and then post it.
